Briant Curtaining has a wealth of experience with installations, with most projects being over seen by one of our Directors. We strive to ensure that all projects are completed to the standard and specification set by our own high standards, the client, main contractors and the architects.

From the moment we take on an enquiry your project we will be given the time and respect that it requires, whether the project is a roller blind in a kitchen window or the entire refurbishment of a  hotel or Cruise Liner, we will endeavour to deliver to the highest standard.

Our fitters are fully trained in the products that they are installing and will at all times follow industry and manufacture guidelines when carrying out installation.

Also the are fully compliant and up to date with Health & Safety laws and are CSCS certified. Briants are a specialist for many of the brands of blinds & curtain rails, two of the industry leaders are Silent Gliss & Luxaflex, they are the World leaders in high specification blinds and rails. With Silent Gliss & Luxaflex setting the standard of a 5 year guarantee on all of their products, Briant’s match this as their own standard, therefore on any of their installation that include those products, Briant’s will themselves back that guarantee up by sending their own fitters to site to rectify and issues that you may have.

As Briant’s are an independent company we do set out to offer you the best product for your application and not just the product that is from one of those already mentioned. What this allows us to do is to ensure that you get the right product at the right price. In many of the projects that we have undertaken over the years we pride ourselves on the fact that we can work with any company to deliver the product that is right for the project and not just what is available.

Over the 36 years of trading we have become very flexible, by this i mean that should you require a specialist product that is not available off the shelf then we have the ability to produce it for you. For example, a project that we worked on last year needed some very strong extension brackets for a pole, with a local company in Coventry we produced a product that we then had powder coated to a particular pantone colour. Another example was a project where we were installing some panels along a wall in a restaurant, the client wanted large fruits, chefs hands and other signage to be the backdrop. With photography provided by the client we worked with a specialist printing company to deliver such a product. Examples of this can be seen in the case studies.

Working closely with Citation we ensure that we are kept up to date with the ever evolving Health & Safety standards, on all major projects we will submit a Risk Assessment and a Method Statement. Our insurances are kept up to date, we have the following policies:

Our fitters vehicles are fully equipped and will in most cases carry spare parts, just in case there is a problem with your product when we get to site, this is to ensure that in all cases we can complete your project on time. All of the kit that we have on the van and use on any site are all tested regularly  and are PAT tested to be fully compliant with all site regulations. We have cordless sds drills so that power is not required whilst on site, except for recharging the batteries.
With all installations we will carry out a handover with the client, whether this is a domestic customer, a site manager, an office manager or a Restaurant manager we will always ensure that the blinds or curtains are handed over correctly to ensure that the users know how to use them properly and to demonstrate that all curtains or blinds are working correctly.
