Working with their suppliers Silent Gliss, Briant’s developed a partnership with the client Urban Splash. The requirements were simple, supply an affordable yet effective solution. We worked closely with Urban Splash to deliver on all counts.

Our own team of seamstresses and fitters carried out the works over a 3 month period, with over 5000 meters of fabric, & 1800 meters of Silent Gliss curtain rails were used to complete the project, Briant’s successfully manufactured and installed all curtains to the clients specification.  Through out the project we worked with the Urban Splash team and moved through the building following the Decorators and cleaners.

 

Following the completion of the project we have made several return visits to the Rotunda , working with the owners of the apartments, we have been in to install blackout linings to rooms where the clients were sensitive to light.

Many of the apartments are rented, therefore having blackout curtains in the bedrooms proved to be an essential selling point. One of the clients, Staying Cool owns many apartments at the Rotunda on the 2^nd, 19^th & 20^th floors. Briant’s has worked closely with them to give their clients the luxury of blackout linings within the bedroom areas. We carried this out in phases so that we reduced the disruption to their room bookings.
