All too often people are quick to criticise poor service, it is certainly not the case in my dealings with Briant Curtaining.  This is one of those (all too) rare occasions where a letter of praise is warranted.
The final part of our order (our curtains) arrived at the weekend.  I'm just writing to express how impressed I have been with your company throughout its whole handling of our order.  Not only did you provide excellent value for money but the service was second to none.
My wife was particularly impressed by the packaging of the curtain as as they could simply be removed from the box and hung straight onto the pole.

Just received my order from Briant Curtaining, I ordered curtains and blinds for my whole house, all the way through they kept me informed and when the fitter came out to install he was very polite and professional, I just wish I had more windows as I would definitely use them again.

I need to tell everyone about the awning that I had fitted on  the back of my house, Warren visited my house 3 weeks ago after i invited him to quote for an Awning. I am always impressed when a salesman arrives on time, which he did. Warren listened to what we needed and then offered  the best solution. Our main reason for wanting an awning is to use it as an extension of the house. He offered an Awning that covered the whole patio, it is electric so easy to use and it also has lights on it. 

I have just had my first BBQ with friends, it was a delightful evening sat under the Awning with the mood lighting.
